Beginners Electric Guitars: The Stratocaster
For those who are still beginners when it comes to playing the electric guitar, the best guitar that you should use is the Stratocaster. There are a lot of men and women alike from various countries all over the world who prefer the Stratocaster over other electric guitars because it is perfect to be used by beginners due to various reasons. A person will feel comfortable while playing the Stratocaster because of the shape of the guitar and its woodwork.
The Stratocaster, or most of the time called as “Strat”, was designed in 1954 by Freddie Tavares, Leo Fender, and George Fullerton. During the present times, the Fender Stratocaster is manufactured by the Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. It is probably one of the most famous electric guitars all over the world, and there are many rock legends and guitarists, which include Niki Sullivan and Buddy Holly just to 
name a few, who are also big fans of the Stratocaster.
There are a lot of features of the Stratocaster, but one of the main features is the pickup configuration or the combination of various pickups. It also has a volume control, two tone controls, has a body that is made of either alder or ash, and 5-position selector switch among others.
There are a lot of people though who complain that the Stratocaster is not perfect for beginners since it produces a clean and bright sound, which makes mistakes easier to notice. However, there are a few who argue that it is alright for them to hear their mistakes so that they will learn how to become a good guitar player.
